Picked up my friend Sarah from Denver International Airport yesterday. Today and tomorrow we are rock climbing in the Rocky Mountains and tomorrow night we're going to The Avett Brothers concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO.

Somehow we managed to find the one campsite on the front range that wasn't on fire. Pretty awesome area.

One of the many tunnels through the mountains, pretty awesome to drive through to see what the next section of valley will bring.

The hardware that got me across the tyrolean hanging above clear creek, just west of Golden.

Me, almost across the tyrolean getting to the landing for one of the climbs that we are doing this weekend. Today we mostly scouted because it was raining all day.

Pretty happy to be safely across the river and to see that the landing is plenty big to belay.

The rock face we'll be climbing tomorrow, if you look close you can even see me.

Sarah crossing the tyrolean, she had a better technique than I did.
